WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?
The standard rental time of The Upper Room is 8 hours. This rental time includes time for you to set-up, have your event, and tear-down.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
There are many parking garages within walking distance to The Upper Room.
IS THERE HANDICAP ACCESS?
Yes, we have an elevator that leads to the main floor and a handicap accessible restroom. The elevator also leads to the rooftop.
CAN WE EXTEND EVENT TIMES OR RENTAL WINDOWS?
At the discretion of The Upper Room, some events may be extended.
There is a $250 fee for each hour of extended time.
WHAT SEND OFF ITEMS ARE ALLOWED?
Bubbles, glow sticks, ribbon wands, and pennants are allowed. It is the client’s responsibility to clear all debris by the end of the rental window. Additional charges will be incurred for any clean up required by The Upper Room.
WHERE CAN MY GUESTS SMOKE?
The Upper Room is a smoke free facility. City regulations state that you may not smoke within 10 feet of any entrance or window of a building. The sidewalk area at the front entrance to The Upper Room would be an appropriate space to direct your guests.
