Recipe: A Stunning Downtown Event Space

Ingredients:

A beautiful open 2000 square foot room

Hardwood floors

Light filled windows

Steel beams

Add HVAC, electricity, plumbing, bathrooms, and an elevator. Renovate for about 1.5 years.

During renovation enlist an extremely smart teacher who is talented, energetic, and organized with killer people skills to be the Director of Events.  Next, team up with amazing caterers, event planners, musicians, and other miscellaneous vendors.

Mix all together.
